Terms & conditions of sale

The following are the terms and conditions ("Terms") applicable to your purchase of products from Atelier Leana ("Leana", "we", "us"). By making a purchase from us, these Terms will govern the transaction, establishing the legal contract between you and Atelier Leana for the specific items you have ordered. 

Please read these Terms carefully.  

By placing an order with Atelier Leana, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not order any products from Atelier Leana. 

Atelier Leana reserves the right to periodically update its terms and conditions.


Leana has tried to give an accurate representation of all of the jewellery on the site. Please bear in mind that all the designs are made and finished by hand, so sometimes they may vary slightly from the images shown online and colours may vary due to the lighting in which they were photographed or your computer monitor settings. Please check dimensions carefully as the size may not always be clear from the images.


All prices are stated in Euros. We reserve the right to change product prices and information without prior notice.

VAT is included at the Cyprus tax rate of 19 %.  

We ship worldwide and some countries may be subject to import duties and taxes and we do not have any control over these charges.


Within the EU single market, in general there are no import duties. However, not all countries in Europe are part of the EU and shipping to non-EU markets, may involve additional regulations, duties and Value Added Tax (VAT). 

The buyer is responsible for checking and complying with local tax laws.


All jewellery is handmade to order so please be patient.

Leana will try to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible but depending on the item, the finish and the time of year this could take up to 3 weeks (although we assure you that it’s usually much quicker).

If you do have a specific date that you need the piece by, please get in touch before ordering to discuss and we’ll do our best to help.

If we can't accept your order for any reason, we will let you know by email and refund you.

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Atelier Leana. Please check through this carefully and let us know within 2 hours by email if you need to change, amend or cancel anything.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us once your item has been made and dispatched.  Items will only be sent to the address given when the order was placed.  All items will be sent via a signed and tracked method, and you will receive the tracking number with your dispatch notification email.


Cyprus postage is free but if you wish to place an international order please contact me for a quote.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at time of purchase. We are not responsible for items 'lost' due to the buyer providing an incorrect address.


Atelier Leana will take payment when you submit your order.  This is processed via Stripe payments and we will not receive any financial information for you.



Atelier Leana is happy to issue a refund or exchange if the items are returned undamaged, unworn and in their original undamaged packaging.

In order to process a refund or replacement you must:

  • Contact me on within 14 days of delivery of your product

  • Send your product back within 30 days of delivery of your product   

We do not accept returns on customised items, if your item has been made to order or altered to fit for example.

In the event of an item being damaged due to manufacturing or postal mismanagement, a full refund will be given: please provide visual proof of the item in detail.

Products with problems caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear can’t be returned to us and won’t be refunded. If you return something to us which turns out not to be faulty, the product will be returned to you at your expense.


Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described.  


Proof of postage via a tracked method and insured for the full value is required for all returns.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Returns from overseas must clearly be marked 'RETURN' on the outside of the package.  If customs charges are incurred by failing to do this, those charges will be deducted from your refund.


You will usually receive your refund within 14 days of Atelier Leana receiving the product back from you, or within 14 days of your cancellation notice if we haven’t yet dispatched the products.
